How do I search for a property on your website?

You can use the "Shop" button or "See Listings" tab to search for properties.
How did you find my information?
​
Your information was retrieved from the county accessor's office, which is available to the public upon request.
I have other lands to sell beside the one that you made an offer on?
​
Awesome!! We are interested in any and all available lands that you have, once we do our due diligence on the parcel, if its a good fit we can make you an offer.
What do you plan to do with my land once you buy it?
​
Based on the type of land and our needs at the moment. We Buy and Hold, Buy and Build or Buy and Sell, depending on our needs once we do our due diligence.
I feel like your offer is too low, can you make me a higher offer?

Thank you for your interest in wanted to negotiate, our prices are based on the needs or perhaps lack there of anything that may be missing with your property?
For example, does it have Electricity, Water, Septic, Road Access, Well?
We may or may not be able to adjust price.
Each property is different.
How did you come up with the price offer for my property?
​
Our offer price is based on the comparable in the area with properties that are similar to yours. We take into consideration all the qualities that a property may or may not have.
How long does it take to close a deal if I decide to move on your offer?
​
The Title Company and or Attorney handles all transactions. They will mail out all documentation that needs to be signed and notarized. They will also Wire funds or mail Certified Bank Check.
Do you own all the properties on your site?
​
Yes, for all the properties listed, we are the owner. We will disclose if we are not the owner because from time to time we may advertise for others.
Are there any Liens or Back taxes?
​
If there are any liens or back taxes, we will disclose that information. However we encourage everyone to do their due diligence.
Why are the properties so cheap?
​
We obtain our properties at a discounted price and just want to pass on the savings to our valued customers.
I have cash and ready to purchase?

Our company is located in White Plains, NY. as much as we would love to meet, we have other options on how to purchase. See "Accepted Payments" below.
How can I make a purchase?
​
Simply visit our "Shop" section on this website, choose your property and add it to your cart. You can check out using a Credit Card. If you prefer to send a Certified Bank Check, You can email us at shellc@stewartholdingsenterprise.com and we will provide information to send payment.
How long does it take to receive my deed?
​
Once payment is received, we will need your First and Last Name (s) or Business Name and Address, so that we may prepare your Deed. Once the Deed is prepared we will send you a copy via email, in order to verify that the information is correct and the spelling is good.
Once the information is verified, we will mail the Deed to the county where the property resides, so that they deed can be recorded. The county will then mail you an updated Deed reflecting you being the new owner. This can take anywhere between 3-4 weeks for you to receive your Deed.
If closing is done by a Title Company and or Attorney, they will be in contact with you and instruct what is needed for closing.
I have a property to sell, would you be interested in buying?
